Thank you for considering our office to assist with your patients’ periodontal care. We take pride in our collaborative dentistry model based on the following guiding principals:

• Past experiences, fear and financial worry are major influences on patients’ dental health goals and motivations
• Periodontics as a specialty can play a major role in helping family dentists motivate their patients to take critical steps forward in their overall dental health

We spend time getting to know the person before the patient. We help patients to understand why their family dentist has referred them, and of equal importance, to understand the patients motivation for accepting the appointment with us.

We provide an exceptional level of patient service, including insurance assignment for treatment, payment plans where required and thorough communication with referring dentists. Sarah directs and administers all of the front office activities and brings considerable experience in both family and specialty practice work to her leadership role.

Melissa Kishawi: Treatment Plan Coordinator email: admin@vrperio.ca

Melissa brings her expertise from dental assisting with our periodontists, as well as considerable customer service background to her new role. Working with Sarah, Melissa is responsible for the timely management of patients’ appointment schedules and coordination with other professionals involved in complex cases or alternating periodontal maintenance.
